Letter to the LA City Council Ad Hoc Committee on City Governance Reform

Dear friends,

Drawing on the recommendations from Emily Jacobson’s report “The Dysfunctional Metropolis: Reforming Los Angeles’s Land Use Planning and Entitlement,” published by California YIMBY, the LA New Liberals have prepared a template letter that can be submitted to the Los Angeles City Council Ad Hoc Committee on City Governance Reform.

Instructions for submitting this letter either to the pertinent City Council File (CF 22-1196) or to the offices of the City councilmembers serving on this committee are given at the top of the letter document.
